Naturalcare came out today for a deep clean and I’m so glad they did! This was the best clean I’ve ever seen! Everything was spotless and it smelled awesome. I was due to have foot surgery last week and wanted to start my convalescence with a super clean house. This was our first experience with Naturalcare, and it was fantastic!! Kaylee and Antonio did a deep clean for us (including windows). They were professional but very kind and engaging as well. I felt completely comfortable sitting with my injured foot up while they cleaned around me. I was impressed with how hard they worked and how also steadily. (They weren’t taking text breaks every 15 minutes as we experienced with another cleaning service.) The entire time they were here, they were on the move. By the time they were finished, my house looked and smelled clean and fabulous. They even dusted my DOORS! One of the things that impressed us the most was their all natural, fragrance free steam clean service. My husband is severely allergic to all commercial fragrances. We have had cleaning services before who, rather than clean, just masked the dirt with strong perfumes and called it done. Naturalcare actually CLEANED and left nothing behind but the smell of fresh air. We are so happy with this company that we plan to have Kaylee and Antonio back next month and every month hereafter! I can’t recommend them enough!!

After 5 years of being unsatisfied with our previous service, we chose to find a new company. I read reviews of places that were in the neighborhood, and decided to go in and talk to them. I met with Cynthia at Naturalcare Cleaning Service. I discussed the lack of quality & dependability we had with our last service company. My husband & I are very pleased with the quality of service NCS provides. We are on a 3 week rotation with Angela P and her team. They don’t seem to rush through their time here to get to the next place and it shows. I work from home and prefer to not be here when they arrive, so their 30 minute “heads-up” call is quite helpful. The ladies are so sweet & let our pups out of their crates when they leave.I definitely recommend Naturalcare Cleaning Service!

I’m so happy with this service! The prices are affordable and I feel better knowing they use natural products. They come every 2 weeks and alternate between a light clean and a full clean. I had one time where someone missed something, which happens because we are all human, and they immediately scheduled a reclean of that area. And then during the reclean they also did the floors again which was a huge surprise! I always get a call 15-30 min before they come and when they finish they leave sweet notes. One time they noticed some new baby things and told me congratulations and I was tickled by it so now that note is on my fridge. I’m extremely happy with the last few months of service and am SO glad I finally signed up after years of wishing I had something like this.

I must say that I’ve tried a lot of different cleaning companies and have never been satisfied until I found this company. Jessika, Alicia and Syreta did my deep clean and they did an awesome job. Needed someone to come clean my house with short notice and Naturalcare cleaning had a last minute opening. The ladies came by during the agreed upon window and they did a good job. Two or three cleaners come every other Monday morning, cheery and ready to get to it. They spend about two hours dusting and vacuuming our 3100 square feet, two-story house. Our home features many small art objects, each of which is dusted by hand very carefully. The kitchen also is cleaned with great individual care. I have never had a better crew of cleaners and eagerly recommend them.

We recently used Natural cleaning for a deep cleaning in the townhouse we are renting, and plan to use them every so often from here on out. They went above and beyond in our opinion, even taking the time to vacuum every single dog (White German Shepherd) hair off our couch! They were professional, showed up on time, quick but very thorough, and even set the alarm again when they left (we didn't even include that in the instructions, they were just that thoughtful)! I recently hired Naturalcare Cleaners to clean my home after having poor experiences with independent housekeepers. Naturalcare has cleaned my home twice and I have been pleased both times! They send 2-3 people to clean and they are done efficiently and quickly! They cleaners are courteous and thorough. They offer several cleaning options and prices that are flexible based on your need. For example, they come every 2 weeks and alternate each visit between a light clean and full clean at my request and based on my need. I came across Naturalcare Cleaning Service after being cancelled last minute by another cleaner. I like how they send out another confirmation email ahead of time so I felt assured that the team will come. I haven't got professional cleaning for my home for quite a while so I selected deep clean from Naturalcare. It's a wonderful job done. I was thinking it as a one-time thing but I may consider recurring after this experience. They were nice enough to call me ahead of time to leave me enough time to get home and get ready. They arrived at the time they promised and started working right away. The team did a thorough job and I was surprised and really impressed with the quality check conducted after the cleaning. The team didn't rush it and they spent a full 5.5 hours doing an amazing job. Highly recommended.

I am recovering from a hip replacement and a broken shoulder so I can't do any house cleaning for a while. I wasn't able to supervise during my first cleaning and apparently didn't communicate what I expected sufficiently to get the job done the way I expected. If you have special circumstances like I do you must be very specific about what you want done in the time allotted.Even though my first cleaning wasn't quite what I wanted done, now that Vini and Minorca have done the second cleaning I really want to compliment them on the great job they did. They listened to my priorities and did an excellent job of organizing their time so that they completed my most important tasks efficiently. Five stars for them!They were great with my dogs too.

I can't say enough good things about Natural Care Cleaning! I am one of their original customers, and I chose them because I didn't want harsh chemicals used in my home to obtain a clean living space. They have followed me to 2 different homes in two different cities. I have never had any major problems and they are always willing to work with my schedule. Naturalcare Cleaning Service makes my house look and smell great! The steam cleaning method makes me feel confident that the kitchen and bathrooms, and all the floors are not just looking good, but actually deep cleaned and disinfected. With two dogs, our house is always in need of extra care, and they deliver. I've never come home to smell chemicals or heavy lingering scents, only fresh, clean, and natural fragrances. Already converted my best friend to use Naturalcare, too!Booking online was easy and painless - I even used the Live Chat feature to have a few questions answered. The email they send the day before the clean with an approximate arrival time is so helpful, and has never been off by more than 30 minutes. My experience talking to support/office staff has always been pleasant.

My daughter is a very busy career woman with little time to be concerned about her house so she asked me to choose a housecleaning service for her. I hired Natural Care Cleaning. I am VERY picky and am delighted to say that my daughter and I are 100% satisfied with the service received. I believe they have been providing service for her a little over a year and the house always smells fresh and the bathrooms are sparkling. The initial clean was performed after a very dusty remodeling job. It did take a couple of cleanings to get all the fine dust that continued to settle out of the air, but once that was accomplished it has been great. We would highly recommend Natural Care Cleaning!

I am a bit of a neatnik and germaphobe and have had several different cleaning services over the last two years. I just wasn't satisfied with the level of clean and questioned the sanitation level UNTIL I used Natural Cleaning Service, that is. The use of germ killing steam combined with Rico's attention to detail is a winning combination! I like the freedom of addressing any area or item that needs special attention and not being stuck on the rotation (when nothing is "really" clean at the same time) merry-go-round. The use of natural but effective cleaning methods is an added bonus.

I was due to have foot surgery last week and wanted to start my convalescence with a super clean... house. This was our first experience with Naturalcare, and it was fantastic!! Kaylee and Antonio did a deep clean for us (including windows). They were professional but very kind and engaging as well. I felt completely comfortable sitting with my injured foot up while they cleaned around me. I was impressed with how hard they worked and how also steadily. (They weren’t taking text breaks every 15 minutes as we experienced with another cleaning service.) The entire time they were here, they were on the move. By the time they were finished, my house looked and smelled clean and fabulous. They even dusted my DOORS! One of the things that impressed us the most was their all natural, fragrance free steam clean service. My husband is severely allergic to all commercial fragrances. We have had cleaning services before who, rather than clean, just masked the dirt with strong perfumes and called it done. Naturalcare actually CLEANED and left nothing behind but the smell of fresh air. We are so happy with this company that we plan to have Kaylee and Antonio back next month and every month hereafter! We have been using NCCS for a few months now. Every times we come home, we know that we don't have... to walk around to double check their work as we did with the blue car people. They leave personal notes for you that make you feel like a client rather than just a job. They are also REALLY great with communicating their ETA and letting you know if something unexpected comes up & they may be running a bit behind. I met with Cynthia at Naturalcare Cleaning Service. I discussed the lack of quality & dependability we had with our last service company. My husband & I are very pleased with the quality of service NCS provides. We are on a 3 week rotation with Angela P and her team. They don’t seem to rush through their time here to get to the next place and it shows. I work from home and prefer to not be here when they arrive, so their 30 minute “heads-up” call is quite helpful. The ladies are so sweet & let our pups out of their crates when they leave.I definitely recommend Naturalcare Cleaning Service!read more

I’m so happy with this service! The prices are affordable and I feel better knowing they use... natural products. They come every 2 weeks and alternate between a light clean and a full clean. I had one time where someone missed something, which happens because we are all human, and they immediately scheduled a reclean of that area. And then during the reclean they also did the floors again which was a huge surprise! I always get a call 15-30 min before they come and when they finish they leave sweet notes. One time they noticed some new baby things and told me congratulations and I was tickled by it so now that note is on my fridge. I’m extremely happy with the last few months of service and am SO glad I finally signed up after years of wishing I had something like this.read more

We had our apartment cleaned recently. We were very happy and plan to use them in the future. Three... things that stood out to me were 1. They called 30 minutes prior to their arrival. 2. They didn’t move all our stuff. I’ve noticed with other cleaning companies I have to look to find things. I was able to find everything. 3. They did a great job cleaning . I have a toddler so my floors are sticky and his handprints are on our doors. They got it taken care of.read more
