  • Cleaning Supplies:  We bring all the cleaning supplies including our 4-stage hepa vacuum, chemical free dry-vapor steam machine and a fresh bag of color coded anti-microbial microfiber cleaning cloths.
  • Arrival Window:  We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time but do offer a 30 min call ahead service.
  • ** Cleaning Time:  The first cleaning is quoted based on a normal home condition.  If the job requires extra time we will call you for authorization if  time is needed.
  • *  Recurring Clients:   You received 25% to 35% off your first clean.  To qualify for this discount you must complete 5 recurring servies.  If you do not complete 5 recurring cleanings, you will be charged the one time cleaning price based on your home size plus any additional time requested.
  • Late Cancellations:  A $50 fee will be charged if the technicians are unable to access the home or there is a cancellation within 24 hours of the service.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.
Terms of use
1. Cleaning Supplies/ Equipment.
Naturalcare Cleaning Service provides environmentally-friendly chemical free products and nearly all equipment required for cleaning your apartment. You will need to provide a toilet brush and running water. If you want high areas cleaned, you must provide a step stool. If you want carpets and rugs vacuumed, you must provide a vacuum. If you would like us to use specialty products (e.g., simply green, bleach, stainless steel cleaner, sponge mop), please leave it out and include this request in your special account instructions.
2. Cancellations.
For Naturalcare Cleaning Service will assess a $50 cancellation fee if a repeat clean is cancelled after Noon, 12PM CST the day before your appointment. For one time cleans (e.g. post-construction, etc.) a 50% cancellation fee will be applied for cleans not cancelled by Noon, 12PM the day before your clean.
3. No Warranty.
Naturalcare Cleaning Service provides this web site and its content “as is” and without any representation or warranty, express, implied, or statutory. Naturalcare Cleaning Service specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Naturalcare Cleaning Service protects the security and safety of its customers and its quality of services by being fully insured, bonded and certified.
4. Direct Hiring of Our Cleaning Technicians.
Naturalcare Cleaning Service invests heavily in training methods and background screening to find quality employees. Hiring OUR current, Ex-worker(s) and/or accepting side propositions makes you liable for an employment referral fee of $5,000.00 if you directly employ (legally or cash basis) anyone currently or formerly employed by us within the 2 year period prior to such employment. By using our service, you agree to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal business, otherwise; Attorney, Legal and miscellaneous expenses incurred to investigate and/or collect this fee will be added if this employment is discovered. Exchanging contact info is considered part of this breach.
Unless complying with all laws; direct, unreported or inappropriate employment practices are illegal. You acknowledge being informed that Naturalcare Cleaning Service is obligated to report illegal hiring activities. In fact, anyone may report this to the proper Government and Judicial authorities so investigation ensues. Implication, complicity or withholding knowledge of illegal activity is not only prosecutable by Naturalcare Cleaning Service (when applicable), but also by United States Federal and Local Laws.
5. Employee safety.
Naturalcare Cleaning Service reserves the right to remove its employees from your home should the environment become unsafe, our cancellation policy will apply.
6. Pets.
We will gladly work around pets. If your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, Naturalcare Cleaning Service reserves the right to remove its employees from your home. If an employee leaves your home prior to completion, Naturalcare Cleaning Service will charge you a pro-rated expense based on work performed. If removal of our cleaning technician is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation policy will apply.
7. Breakage/Damage and Loss Policy
Customers must provide images of damage of both before and after the cleaning along with proof that damages were caused at the time of the cleaning. All claims must be made within 24 hours of the cleaning. Once the office receives the notification we will contact you as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within the next 30 days we will assume you do not want to have us resolve the issue and the situation will void.
8. Delays
Cleaning Technicians are allowed an 1 hour window to deal with traffic, parking, and other surprises.
9. Recurring Price Structure
If you decide not to continue our recurring service after the first cleaning, you will be charged the one time cleaning price.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Cleaning Technicians have the choice to leave upon arrival if the home is in extreme condition or feel unsafe/threatened. If you book a cleaning online that is not reasonable, such as a cleaning up after a large party, the cleaners may refuse service on the spot and you will be charged the maximum cancellation fee.
11. Confirmation
Booking a service online doesn’t guarantee you a spot for that date/time. You will be contacted by email or phone with a confirmation.
12. Refunds/Re-Cleans
Any refunds will not be given if not contacted within 24 hours of the cleaning nor any re-cleans will be done if not notified within 24 hours. Any re-cleans can only be done with the same cleaning technician(s) and only within the first 48 hours of the initial cleaning.
16. Price Adjustments

 

If the pricing calculator underestimates the price of your cleaning and the condition of your home is much worse than predicted we do have permission to either adjust the price or refuse the service.
17. Valuables.
Please safely secure heirlooms and collectibles prior to cleanings. Please advise of fragile items (and their care) in special account instructions.
18. Large and Heavy items.
For safety and liability reasons, Naturalcare Cleaning Service will not allow its Cleaning Professionals to lift or move heavy items or furniture.
19. Satisfaction Policy:
Naturalcare Cleaning Service cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind, grout, chandelier, or vaulted ceiling fan cleaning. Mold remediation is a specialty. FTM does not provide mold remediation and cannot be liable for any mold related risks in client home. Naturalcare Cleaning Service does not assume responsibility for the restoration of severely worn, stained or mildewed caulking and grout.
