We service from downtown Houston to Katy! When you go to our booking page simply enter your address and we can instantly tell you if we service your area!
What is included in a Get it Clean?
The standard Get it Clean, takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. Included with that we bring the power of our dry steam which we use on countertops to disinfect surfaces, bathrooms to clean mildew and soap buildup and floors to remove all the dirt and grime! We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service. What is a deep clean?
A Deep Clean includes everything in the standard Get it Clean package. But everything from ceiling fans to baseboards gets hand wiped. More time is given to remove build up and to really make everything shine. Recommended for new clients or homes that haven’t been cleaned and maintained within the last few weeks or months and need more attention!
Can I customize my clean?
Absolutely! Our book it now form offers pricing based on standard full house cleans. If you need anything switched up or changed just include it in the notes section when you checkout. How much will it cost?
We price based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage of the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the book it now page!
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Oh yes! We have the most equipment of any maid service you will find. Including:
- Powerful dry steam vapor cleaning system*
- Hepa 4 stage backpack vacuum
- 42 Color Coded Microfiber cleaning cloths
- Orange Oil, Citric Acid, HydogenPeroxide and Hungry DI Water
- Bucket with: toothbrush, scraper, scrubbies, magic eraser and lavender oil

How do I book my first appointment?
Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.
How long will we be in the home?
We base time off the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage of the home AND the type of service needed. Since we are doing phone or online bookings if any additional time is needed to complete the job our office staff will communicate with you on the day of service.
How many techs are sent to your home?
We send in between 1- 4 techs depending on the day or service and the job size.
Do I have to be home for the clean?
Absolutely not! We can provide you with a 30 min call or text a head to let you know when the staff is on the way. You are able to meet them there, leave a hidden key or use our key service. Just let us know what works best for you!
Can they use my product?
We do train our staff on certain products- but if there is a product you would like them to us please email Candice and we can review it. If it’s a natural product- no problem! If it’s a harsh chemical we can suggestion some natural more low impacting product for our staff to us. Candice@naturalccs.com
Where can I leave a tip?
Tips can be given in several different ways. If you leave cash please make sure to leave a clear note that says Naturalcare or cleaning staff.
After your cleaning you will receive an email for quality that has an area for tips. All tips updated there will go straight onto your card on file
Is dish service included?
Light dishes are included during the services. If it is a sink full or 10 minutes plus worth of dishes we will contact the client to add on dish service. We can add dish service as a one time or recurring.
Can I have the same tech?
You surely can request a tech to be your regular tech. We assign to the lead in charge of that team. When requesting a lead they may not always have the same cleaning tech. But can be the same lead. If you requested lead calls in for the day we will send an email letting you know we will be sending a new tech for the day.

Are you insured and bonded?
Oh Yes, Naturalcare is insured and bonded. We understand that it is a privilege to be in your home, and we are always careful. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours.
How long have you been in business?
Naturalcare Cleaning Service has been in business serving thousands of Houston residents and businesses since 2008. We have an excellent standing on Yelp, Google+ and Facebook.
Can I trust my cleaning technicians?
Absolutely. All Naturalcare cleaning technicians and maids are highly trained, background and reference checked, as well as insured and bonded. Our training period typically lasts two to four weeks and cleaners are full-time employees of our company, not contractors.
What do I do with my pet?
We love animals, but they don’t always love us. If you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there, please make temporary arrangements while we are in your home. You can leave detailed pet instructions during the online scheduling process.
Pricing & Policies
Why is the discount code not working?
Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service or have a expiration date. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
What is your refund policy?
Simple! If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right. If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.
What is your 100% Guarantee policy?
If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean. If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.
I have a cleaning coupon, how do I use it?
Simply book as normal. In the comments section, mention you have purchased or was given a cleaning coupon and would like to apply it to the clean. We will take it from there!
When does my card get charged?
We do a preauthorization the day before but dont worry this is not a charge! Billing is done the following day and that is when your card is charged.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand things happen. But please keep in mind we are reserving a time for you and our cleaners rely on a full schedule. You are free to cancel your service at any time, however, we have a $75 SAME DAY CANCELLATION FEE which is charged if you cancel after 5pm on the evening prior to your scheduled appointment.
Do I need to leave a tip?
Tips are not required but are certainly appreciated by our cleaners. You can leave a cash tip in an envelope cleared marked as “Tip for Naturalcare Cleaners”. To use your credit card simply email or call the office and tell us to include a tip before we charge!
